Yes!! Spidey is going to come back.
Tobey McGuire will be coming back as Spiderman in the upcoming movie Spiderman 4 and 5. To keep the costs down, they will shoot this 2 films in quick succession, starting autumn next year.
They expected the 4th sequel will be release in May 2011. Both of these sequels will still be directed by Sam Raimi.
